Target Shooting Ireland in conjunction with East Coast Shooting Club are running an introductory session for 50m Supported Shooting. The session will take place in East Coast Shooting Club on Saturday 25th of August, starting from 10am.
50m Supported Shooting is modelled on the SH1 Paralympic event. The shooter uses a sling and jacket which support the rifle, but is seated at a table as opposed to in the prone position on the ground, similar to benchrest shooting.
